We provide an extensive range of services:
These are run by the practice nurse in conjunction with the doctors, by appointment only.
We operate a carers register where we list all patients who are carers and who have carers. We are able to offer support and advise to carers. We have an active carers group run by our nurse assistant, who organises a different activity every month. Please speak to our receptionists if you need to be on our carers register.
These are run by the practice nurse and nurse's assistant in conjunction with the doctors, by appointment only.
Patients are seen by the midwife who is contactable via telephone; the number for the self-referral line is 01202 442319 and the line is open between 9:30 - 16:30 Monday to Friday. This telephone number is for Maternity self-referrals only, for all other queries regarding maternity care please contact your Community Midwife Office via 01202 442692

Contraceptive care is provided by all the doctors during surgery hours
Have your free NHS Healthcheck and you will be better prepared for the future and be able to take steps to maintain of improve your health. if you are aged between 40-74 ask at reception to see if you are eligible for a NHS Healthcheck.
The doctors carry out minor surgical procedures by appointment and will be happy to advise you. They do not perform cosmetic surgery.
Well Woman Clinics
This clinic is run by the practice nurses for smears and discussion of women’s health issues.
Please make an appointment at least six weeks in advance of your holiday to ensure adequate cover. You will need to fill in a travel questionnaire which must be returned before your appointment. There may be a charge for some immunisations and vaccinations. Please ask reception staff for details. More information can be found here.
Phlebotomy Clinics (Blood Tests)
These are available by appointment only Monday - Thursday. We carry out blood tests requested by clinicians at the practice and local hospitals, we cannot carry out blood tests for children under the age of 14, these need to be taken at hospital clinics.
We provide a service to vulnerable and elderly patients which enables them to remain in their own home for as long as possible. Please ask at reception for more details or see link below.
The risks of smoking include heart disease, cancer, chronic bronchitis and many more serious illnesses. We can help you to stop smoking. Simply contact the surgery for up to date information on the services available. We operate a no smoking policy at both our premises.
