Free healthcheck, come in and use our new ‘surgery pod’. Its in the waiting room

On 19th February NHS Direct changed to becomes NHS 111. If you need medical advice when we are not open you simply dial 111, the national emergency number remains 999, all other non-emergencies 111.

As part of the austerity drive to balance the Nation’s budget, many treatments and operations are no longer available on the NHS in Dorset. Read here for more information.

We would like to set up an emailing system to alert you to news, vaccine campaigns (for example swine flu), disease outbreaks etc. If you have previously emailed in a prescription request we should be able to add you or you can sign up here

We are a training practice so be aware that doctors in training may sit in with your usual doctor, or you may be offered appointments with them. We don’t mind if you object so please tell reception or your doctor. Dr Sian Evans joins in August for 6 months of training to become a GP.

Appointments for those who can’t easily get in during normal surgery times are available late Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays after 6.30pm and before 8am on Wednesday. Some appointments are available for online booking. Come in for details on how to register for them.

Just be careful where you book your appointment as we have 2 different surgeries, you don’t want to arrive at the wrong one. We are happy for you to be seen at either. Read this first. The surgeries are at 175 Station Road West Moors and 67-71 Church Rd in Three Legged Cross.

If you have injured yourself during the day consider Wimborne minor injuries unit to save a long wait at the big hospitals
